Plans
A plan belongs to an organisation and everyone in it shares it: the organisation pays per active controller, not per person or per Jasper. Prices and every limit are on the pricing page, https://jasperx.com.au/pricing/. Prices exclude GST, and JasperX sells to businesses only.
What changes by plan:
- How many controllers can be active at once (Active and Parked).
- How many virtual controllers can run at once.
- The size of the weekly AI allowance.
- Notifications and trend history: Pro and Premium only. How many tags a controller can trend or watch, and how long trend history is kept, depend on the plan.
- Sharing: Free shares and receives Viewer and Operator access only. Pro and Premium share at every level.
- People: Free is for trying JasperX on your own. Pro and Premium are for a team.
Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”An organisation Admin changes the plan under Billing on the Organisation page. From Free, choose Monthly or Annual, then Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Premium; the checkout asks for the business’s name, address and tax number (ABN in Australia). On Pro, Upgrade to Premium charges the difference for the rest of the billing period straight away. Manage billing changes the card and shows invoices. The app has no move from Premium to Pro; contact JasperX for that.
Moving to Free
Section titled “Moving to Free”Change to Free keeps the plan until the end of the billing period, with no refund for the rest of it except where the law requires. With more than one active controller, the Admin picks the one that stays active; the rest are parked and keep running the plant. On Free, trend history is deleted, other people lose access until the organisation upgrades, and Editor access it shared with other organisations works as Viewer. Nothing else is deleted. Keep Pro or Keep Premium calls the change off. If a plan ends unpaid, every controller is parked until an Admin activates one.
