JasperX

JasperX is the cloud platform where people build, deploy and run controllers from the browser, with Jasper, an AI that is always there to explain, answer and build. The controller is the free runtime that runs a programme on site, like a PLC, and keeps running with or without the internet. JasperMate is JasperX’s own I/O hardware, with the controller installed.

  • Projects and programmes: projects, sites, programmes and revisions, and how a controller comes to run a programme.
  • The Builder: a programme’s page, with Jasper’s chat, the views and the Bench.
  • Changes and transfers: how a change gets from the cloud to a controller, and what Apply and Transfer do.
  • Modes and approval: Setup, Commissioning and In service, and when a person approves Jasper’s change.
  • Active and Parked: what a controller keeps and loses when it is parked.
  • Operators: what a person with Operator access sees and can do.
  • Notifications: emails on a threshold or a controller going offline, trend history and streaming tags.
  • Remote access: opening a controller’s own screens, such as its HMI, from anywhere.
  • JasperMate: getting a JasperMate online and claiming it.
  • Controller updates: how a controller is updated, and where each version’s changes are.
  • Sharing and access: organisation roles, the four access levels and sharing.
  • Plans: what changes between plans, and how to change plan.
  • Weekly AI allowance: what uses it, when it resets and what happens when it runs out.
  • What’s new: what changed in each JasperX release.
  • Controller docs: how the controller itself is installed and used, and what changed in each controller version.
  • Pricing: prices and every per-plan limit.
