Weekly AI allowance

The weekly AI allowance is how much of Jasper an organisation can use each week, shared by everyone in it. It resets at midnight at the start of every Monday, Sydney time. Its size depends on the plan; the pricing page compares them, https://jasperx.com.au/pricing/.

Every reply from Jasper uses some of it, in Ask and Edit alike. Bigger jobs, such as building logic, use more than a short question. A person’s chats count against their own organisation’s allowance, also in a project another organisation shared with them.

A new organisation gets Pro’s allowance for its first days; the pricing page says how many.

The usage line shows how much of this week’s allowance is used, for example “Weekly: 40% used”. It turns amber, then red, as the allowance runs low. Holding the pointer over it shows when it resets.

A reply that has already started finishes. With no credit balance, the next message is not sent: the chat shows “Weekly limit reached · resets in” and the time left, and the message goes back into the box to send after the reset. For a larger allowance, an organisation Admin can upgrade the plan (Plans).

An organisation with a credit balance is asked first: Continue sends the message on the balance, and Not now keeps it in the box. The balance is never spent without that yes, unless an organisation Admin has set the organisation to always continue on credits.
