Interim Terms Notice

JasperX is in beta and is provided by ControlX Engineering Pty Ltd (ACN 649 375 879). By purchasing or using the services you agree to the following, which applies until our full Terms of Use are published.

• The platform and JasperNode are beta software, supplied as is to the maximum extent permitted by law, with no uptime commitment. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• AI-generated control logic can be wrong. Have a competent person review and test it before deploying it to equipment, and maintain independent safety systems (such as hardware interlocks and safety instrumented systems) that do not depend on it. Do not use the services where failure could directly endanger life.
• AI credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law. Purchased credits carry over when paid plans launch, per our published commitment.
• JasperMate hardware: the price is displayed inclusive of GST; a 1-year express warranty against defects applies (repair or replace); no change-of-mind returns. Your Australian Consumer Law rights, including replacement or refund for a major failure, are unaffected.
