Interim Privacy Statement

ControlX Engineering Pty Ltd (ACN 649 375 879) provides JasperX, JasperNode, and JasperMate from Australia. This interim statement applies until our full Privacy Policy is published.

What we collect. Your email address, display name, organisation name, and role when you sign up (your password is held by Google Identity Platform); billing details through Stripe when you buy; and your programs, revisions, audit logs, AI chats, and node telemetry as you use the platform. Our websites use Google Analytics. We may analyse chats for debugging and improvements of our services. We send service emails only, not marketing.

Who we share it with. Google Cloud Platform (hosting and storage), Anthropic and xAI (AI chat prompts and script code, to generate AI responses), Google Workspace (internal collaboration, which may include debugging snippets of prompts), Stripe (billing), and Google Analytics (website usage). We do not sell personal information.

Where it lives. Customer data is stored in Google Cloud’s Sydney region. Some network traffic may transit Google infrastructure in other regions, and AI prompts are processed by the AI providers listed above.
